Hey, so first of all. You didn't credit the artist that made the image at the start of the game and second, the music you have used will definitely be copyrighted and even if it's royalty free you should credit the creators. I am not saying this to be mean, it is to prevent legal issues or the original artist of the art being upset. Otherwise, good coding well done.
